Article 1 – General Terms and Conditions

1.2 If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is deemed null and void or annulled, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Article 2 – Purchase Agreement
2.1 Our offers contain a detailed and accurate description of the digital products available for purchase. Any typographical or manifest errors in the offer do not bind BDC Blockchain Development & Consulting Group Limited.
2.2 BDC Blockchain Development & Consulting Group Limited is neither a publisher nor an issuer of digital products. Our offer is always limited to what is provided by the respective publisher or issuer of the digital product. Consumers are responsible for reviewing the product’s Terms & Conditions before completing a purchase.
2.3 The purchase agreement is formed when the consumer activates the “Order & Pay” button. This agreement is conditional upon BDC Blockchain Development & Consulting Group Limited receiving the consumer’s payment.
2.4 Credit Card Payments: If a purchase is made via credit card, the consumer confirms that the purchase is for personal use only and not on behalf of third parties.
2.5 Upon successful payment, the digital product is delivered immediately.
2.6 By purchasing vouchers on GiftCardShop.cc, you confirm that your funds originate from legitimate sources and comply with applicable laws. When redeeming vouchers, you also agree to comply with the issuer’s terms. Due to legal requirements, additional verification of your identity, the source of your funds, or the intended use of the vouchers may be required. Consequently, we cannot always guarantee voucher delivery. You agree not to use the voucher(s) for any services that are deemed illegal.

4.1 The product price displayed in the shopping cart on GiftCardShop.cc is the final price unless otherwise stated.
4.2 Additional costs, such as VAT, transaction fees, or service charges, may apply and will be displayed at checkout.

Article 5 – Delivery and Execution
5.1 Digital products are delivered via email. Consumers must ensure that they provide a correct and verified email address. If an incorrect email is provided, redelivery may not be possible, and BDC Blockchain Development & Consulting Group Limited assumes no responsibility.
5.2 Purchases made via PayPal will be delivered to the PayPal-registered email address, not the one entered at checkout.
5.3 Consumers are responsible for selecting the correct region for their purchase. Once the order is placed, the region cannot be changed, and no refunds can be issued for incorrect region selection.
5.4 If a digital product does not work as expected, the consumer must provide necessary information (e.g., screenshots, error messages, and account details) to BDC Blockchain Development & Consulting Group Limited to facilitate troubleshooting.
5.5 We may send reminders regarding unpaid orders or other relevant matters related to purchased products via email, SMS, or other communication channels.
Article 6 – Warranty

6.2 The validity and lifespan of digital products are determined by their respective publishers or issuers, not BDC Blockchain Development & Consulting Group Limited.
Article 7 – Force Majeure
7.1 BDC Blockchain Development & Consulting Group Limited is not responsible for delays or failures in order fulfillment due to circumstances beyond its control, such as server failures, legal restrictions, or disruptions in payment services.
7.2 In the event of force majeure, BDC Blockchain Development & Consulting Group Limited may suspend delivery until the issue is resolved. Consumers will be notified accordingly.
Article 8 – Limitation of Liability
8.1 BDC Blockchain Development & Consulting Group Limited is not liable for:
- Loss, theft, or unauthorized use of digital products.
- The expiration of digital products.
- Issues arising from incorrect order details entered by the consumer.
- Any restrictions or changes in the issuer’s terms and conditions.
8.2 Liability for defective products is limited to either replacing the product or refunding the purchase amount.

9.2 We aim to respond within 14 days. If more time is required, we will inform the consumer of the expected resolution timeframe.
